Martha has a degree in Biology and an M.A. in Art History from the Art Institute of Chicago. Martha founded the North Island College Learning Centre on Cortes Island in the late 70's, co-founded the Cortes Forest Society in the late 80's and was on the Board of the Hollyhock Conference Centre for ten years. She spent ten years working as a curator and educating people about art. Now she brings her passion to educating people about Cortes Island Real Estate - land and homes.
Martha has had a home on Cortes Island for 30 years. Martha joined the Coast Realty Group as a real estate agent in 2005, specializing in Cortes Island Real Estate. She knows the island well, has hiked all over and boated around for years. Her love for and dedication to Cortes Island inspires her in this work.
About Cortes Island
Located at the western entrance to Desolation Sound, a world-famous boating destination, Cortes Island is a vibrant community of 1,200 people.
